Prime Minister Narendra Modi's message to Putin on the Ukraine war echoes at the UN. French President Emmanuel Macron applauded Prime Minister Modi in his United Nations General Assembly speech. Macron told the world leaders that "PM Modi was right when he told Russian President Vladimir Putin that the time is not for war". Macron further added that "Russia cannot impose any will by military means".
