To get the most out of your Vicks Starry Night Cool Moisture Humidifier, follow these helpful steps.

Make sure your humidifier is on a firm, level, water resistant surface at least six inches from the wall.

Remove the tank and set aside.
Then remove the filter and filter tray from the humidifier.

Soak the filter in cool water. Do not wring the filter.
Fold the filter flat and insert back into the filter tray.
Place both the filter and filter tray back into the humidifier.

To use with Vicks VapoPads, with the water tank off the unit, locate the Scent Pad slot.
Insert the VapoPad.

To fill the water tank, turn it upside-down and remove the tank cap by turning it counter-clockwise and fill the tank with cool tap water.
Replace the tank cap and tighten by turning clockwise.
Place the tank back on to the humidifier.

With the power switch in the off position, plug the filled humidifier into the wall outlet.
Set your fan speed to the desired output. The high setting will provide maximum moisture, while the low setting is a night time quieter mode.

To turn on the projector, turn the Projector Power Switch to the on position.

Relax and enjoy your Starry Night Cool Mist humidifier.

Bought mine from a thrift store last week, disinfected it. checked for cracks. All systems seemed go until I turned it on and water came flooding out back/bottom? Disappointed, but it must have some issue that brought it to thrift store. Bummer.

My humidifier started rattling really loudly and it’s probably the fan hitting a bolt or wire but I have no idea how to remove the fan housing in order to fix it. How does anyone clean the fan???

hello, my mom send one from the US, its 120v right? our outlet here in the philippines are 220v, we can use transformer but we need to know ho many watts vicks humidifier have. thank you.
