Please add notifications of when your car is left unlocked. Mercedes Benz has this for long time. Being able to lock the car is one thing, but knowing it's unlocked is very important.

But you cannot get problems resolved, you cannot get BMW to acknowledge that you are a customer and have bought the car from them, you cannot get BMW to recognise that you are important. In fact BMW try to get you to believe that you should be grateful for the opportunity to own a BMW, you should feel honoured that you have this awesome car on your driveway. BMW totally forget that you are spending your hard earned money on a very expensive product, you expect the dealer and the manufacturer to treat you with some respect but unfortunately this is not the case.

unfortunately functions such as the horn and the air conditioning stop have been removed. things that existed in the Connected app. you can't open the windows and you don't have the dark option. the old app was better. the ideal would be to include more functions ...

This is so depressing . The new my bmw app is actually worse than the connected app. I miss the seamless connectivity between the car and my iPhone. I loved the fact that I could start a final destination without the need to send it to the car because my I drive is already connected to my calendar that has locations linked to it. My bmw team please fix this. Or just bring back the old app, at least the old app is more advanced . Also I really liked the old feature that showed the map and if I click on the fuel button I’m able to visually see how far my range will take me .

You should have add a feature where we can ignite on and off the bmw button remotely, its very useful in extreme cold weather conditions .
Like you dont wanna sit on cold car seats and infront of foggy steamy windscreen .
If the car gets started automatically then it can do the heating and windscreen heating itself . So people will be ready to drive away asap

Hi I have a problem setting up the app, in my bmw I have no BMW Messages tab, my car supports connected services

This app needs lot of improvements. Simple features like warning for door or windows remained opened or vehicle left unlocked. Is not getting alerted.

The My Connected App not only included status of the doors and Windows it also included the trunk, sunroof and hood. The new app only shows the status of the windows and doors. Am I missing something?

Could you please add info if the car is parked or moving? It was available in Connected version and now was removed, why? I have last status but I have no idea what is happening. If the status says "last update 8am" I don't know whether it was parked and still there or started moving from there at 8am and it's running.
