Yeah, I’m not a big fan of Awkwafina either. Saw her in the Shang-Chi trailer and thought she was absolutely going to ruin the movie cuz everything they showed of her in the trailer was just completely unfunny, but she was alright in the actual movie, so I’m hoping she’ll be alright in Renfield too.

I thought she was great in Shang Chi, but that's a pretty unpopular opinion I guess...

I think she's pretty funny! But everyone has their own sense of humor. I'm there for Nic Cage Dracula though!

In their interview neither one of them said it was a comedy. The trailer gives that impression though?

Least you could do for her, is watch the farewell. That’s a pretty good movie about life in china, while a hood typecast performance for Awkwafina

Yeah last Nicholas Cage movie I was interested in I stopped dead in my tracks when I seen Tiffany haddish. Aquafina has the same effect with this movie

Looks cookie cutter, silly-dopey and meh at best. Painfully scripted "comedy" with the whole, LET'S TAKE DRACULA AND OUT HIM IN A GOOFY SITUATION! More of the same formulaic cinema, hard pass.
