Great. No CostCo here in Thailand but also no shortage of beef. Lots of Australian beef sold here and lamb.

I’m all for grass fed grain finish. It’s my favorite and pallet preference. Thank you Dr. Chaffee for all you do! 53 years old and almost 8 months carnivore. Best shape of my life!!

Pretty soon this spring, it Costco will begin to be built in the Buffalo New York area! It won’t be finished until next year is my understanding and I can’t tell you how excited I am about it and how much I’m looking forward to it. I hope I’m still alive when Costco opens. I’m going to be 80 this November. But ketogenic/carnivore has improved my health so much. It’s difficult to explain to other people they just don’t get it sometimes. Thanks for sharing Doctor Chaffey, I’m really excited to know that we’ll finally have a Costco in our area.❤

I always get a chuckeye roll. Lots of roast and steaks in one of those.

Costco here in Melbourne is great. Big trays of beef and lamb mince very reasonable prices.

I don't know about other areas, but if you live in western Washington, there are many ranchers in the area that have options for beef. Anywhere from low end grain-fed and vaccinated to organic grass-fed, grass-finished with no hormones, antibiotics or vaccines and everything in between depending upon your budget and what you are willing to compromise on as far as quality. I just found a place selling wagyu for a reasonable price. As someone primarily eating carnivore on limited funds, I have found that the Asian markets have some great deals on meat. On my last trip, I found thinly sliced ribeye for $7.99 a pound and flanken short ribs for $6.99 a pound. You just have to do a little exploring.

Different breeds of cattle have different colors of fat. Angus are white. Hereford are yellow

Other great Costco finds: Frozen grassfed burger patties for about $5.60 per pound. Their Kirkland brand grassfed butter is indistinguishable from Kerrygold and is $5 a pound.

BJ’s has Australian Lamb now here in the US, I have Butcher Box grass fed and finished beef locked in at a lower price. We also have a local ranching family established in the 1800’s who delivers on Tuesdays raw dairy and grass fed and finished beef in Florida.

Wow, I hope they bring this to our Costco. We started getting 100% grass-fed ground beef. Its a step

That’s a great score, in the US grass fed grass finished beef is about $5 or $10 more than grain fed beef.

I'm one of the "very few" people who are physically affected by everything the animals ate. I cannot each traditional non grass fed, Grass Finished meats. I get so sick & itched so deep inside like my organs itch. It's torture. I definitely always buy the g-f/g-f options for me.

I’m eating Silver Fern beef from NZ here in Thailand, tried the strip and Ribeye amongst others - BELIEVE ME the ribeye is worth tasting!

That meat looks great. I've never seen grass-fed anything at a Costco here in AZ.

As you do back home in Washington, go DIRECTLY to the farmer.
With the attack on animal ranchers, we all need to support locally.
At least these steaks are from New Zealand and likely a smaller farm.( although Aussie has plenty of beef, but maybe not grass fed and finished.)

When you're there, get a big slab of eye of round, then cut it up into steaks.

It has a nice fat rind and is as cheap as ground.
