👁 ABOUT THIS VIDEO: The Skyline R34 had an intelligent all-wheel-drive system with a limited-slip rear differential (LSD), which helped the car accelerate faster on the corner's exits. An important feature of the car was the Multi-Function-Display (MFD) that was mounted on the dashboard. This display showed many of the car's engine stats including boost pressure, oil temp, water temp and more. As a 1999 car, this kind of technology was very rare and advanced at the time.

That must be one of the nicest GTR's ive seen. How it was put together, the combo and that paint alone is insane. It sits perfect, has a nice rake, he went polished instead of chrome on the wheels ( like porsche purists do ) awesome.

I remember in the early to mid 00's those R34 GTRs were EVERYWHERE around where I live in Ireland. They were incredibly common and a guy a few doors down from my house had a stunning white example and would host GTR meetups most weekends, so my estate would be full of them. Then almost as if by magic, they all seemed to dissappear. The guys who owned the cars got married, had kids, got mortgages and really had no place for the cars any more, so they sold them off and seems like they've vanished into thin air they are so rare to see nowadays. I imagine many of those GTRs are sitting in a garage or shed somewhere gathering dust which is a shame.

I must have watch that launch at 6:34 over a dozen times, the first time it actually scared me how loud and powerful that R34 is! But the best thing was Manny's reaction, how caught off guard he was! His facial expressions had me dying:
"woah hold on man!? What you doing!? I have 2 kids!! Marks all nonchalant like "yeah me too."
