Solid choices by TAW and the community! As expected Bocchi wins AOTY 2022, and i'm not disappointed with the song theme choices (which is always my favorite part of the awards)!

By the way, i would have to agree with Carlos' suggestion on "showing the nominees and then the winner". For the previous awards so far we can know the nominees by watching nominees edition before watching winners edition, but i feel that looking at four different winning sections takes away a portion of the "euphoria" due to having to remember the nominees in a short time. It will mean more work to adjust the format and the video length will increase, but honestly i think it's worth it! 👍🏼

Anyway, thanks for the work put to these yearly awards. See you on your next videos (and of course 2023 awards)!

If i hadnt seen the recent danmachi season I would have found it laughable that it was considered the best fantasy anime for this video. However, since i have seen it, I most definitely agree. That was simultaneously nothing like danmachi and yet the best it has ever been.

Yofukashi no Uta was robbed though. Might be my AOTY 2022 yet it didn't win any category.
Also Akiba Meido Sensou is so underrated it wasn't even nominated for the category. That show is absolutely insane yet manages to pull it off and it has earned my deep respect.
