Trump defends his decision to abruptly pause higher targeted tariffs for 90 days for most countries, a stunning reversal in his trade war that has sent markets reeling. "I thought that people were jumping a little bit out of line. They were getting yippy, you know, they were getting a little bit yippy, a little bit afraid," Trump said to reporters outside the White House.
