Hi buddy. I have a friend left vietnam during the fall of Saigon. He hasn’t been back to Vietnam since. He said he’s afraid of communism and such. He wanted to know why it is still call Saigon instead of Ho Chi Minh City. I gave him a simple answer by telling em that Vietnam might be ruled by communism but it’s not like North Korea.
