it just unlocked for me, it took around 5 days, don't listen to ea saying you can't leave games etc its bs kept leaving games and played how i use to play and after weekend league it unlocked it seems to be random for people to get it unlocked.

I have 4 family account in my console but only 1 is used to play FC24 while the rest are playing other games. Does it means I will need to remove all other accounts to gain the web transfer access??

is it really important to turn on the PLAYTIME settings? mine is disabled and i have played more than 14 days regular and i play more than 4 hours a day in Rivals, squad battles, champs and friendly cup and also login to web app everyday and even do sbc in the web app but still no access to the web app transfer market. I played 3 days and i have over 20 games played and on companion playtime it say i only have 2 games
