Freeze vs Melt Ayaka (An in-depth explanation) | Genshin Impact

Freeze comp really constant for dps, very good in abyss and your world. Can maximize ayaka ult, and maybe give higher total dmg output cuz very constant and fast. But when fighting against bosses that might be problem.

With melt comp, you can use bennett+sucrose to give more dmg imo, or xiangling is good too. Also, pyro element is everywhere, like torch. With anemo, pyro can spread out easly

C2 Chongyun is viable pair with ayaka, cryo infusion, atk speed and cooldown reduction.

while fighting bosses, I'll go with Melt Comp, and while fighting hilichurls or many other large hordes, of course I'll go with Freeze comp. I'll just make Venti's Burst infuse with Pyro and I'll use Ayaka's Burst to have the Melt proc

🌸😹I would almost certainly say that Freeze Ayaka would be a more entertaining affair, but I suppose however, it is entirely up to the individual in question.

It is all relative what is the most entertaining and preferable route to go😹🌸

Melt comp is a definition of restricting Ayaka to do all things she's capable of just to get that damage. while Freeze comp, you can use anything you like, you can throw ice whenever you like. I personally choose Freeze comp because, based on my experience with Klee, I can't always use her Q and E due to her pyro gauge is the strongest among all pyro units (even you procs vap/melt the pyro still there, you can't turn it off within 1 second) resulting she can't vap along with xinqui, no matter how many hydro off-field you put to your team, you can't assure she got to be the one who always procs vaporize. Tested~

Fact: if you use Mona Q, the omen duration extent until the enemies out from being frozen, so Ayaka can abuse Mona omen to the fullest.

Omen is a damage bonus mona elemental burst provide ( it has a galaxy effect on enemies when you applied it on enemies ), eg. at talent lvl 6, the bonus damage of the omen provides 52%, that means if you use Ayaka burst on enemies that is frozen and under omen status, Ayaka burst damage increases by 52% and the omen will be expired only after the duration which is 4.5 seconds or if the enemies are frozen, it will be expired until the enemies defreeze.

If u want my opinion glaicer gonna be the best but the only issue is rn seems glacier wont come in inazuma first patch (2.0) so as its the best itll be a while before we can use it but in terms of what comp is better i agree with u whatever u like more ayaka is very versatile and can be played freeze or melt

The problem with freeze comp is not really flexible. It is only really good at certain enemies with no element but bad with enemies that have element on it (especially cryo slimes). While cryo slimes is not that much a pain but once Mihoyo release something like Abyss cryo then that will be a nightmare.

Um, is a superconduct team comparable to melt and freeze? There will be a new artifact in inazuma that increases superconduct dmg by 100% and other buffs that i cant remember right now. And fischl (or lisa) are excellent electro supports. That's why im kinda confused as to why no one is talking about a superconduct team.

I got two good flowers only after 3 weeks of farming. One with 6: 12 crit ratio and another with 90EM and 13 CD. So yeah maybe I'll go 2pc BS +2pc NO/2pc WT and melt comp

My Team will be Ayaka(DPS) Xingqiu(Sup DBP+Support/freeze) Diona(Tank+Heal)/ for Bosses or other things i will switch her with Electro or Pyro Char and the last will be Sucrose(Or another Anemo like Sayu) my Ayaka Artifacts will be 4Blizzard set. With the stats: Crit Rate+DMG. DMG, and Cryo element Bonus (and ofc LP and some little other things) ^^ is it good hehe?:)
