At first i was "Bruh i know they wouldn't give the warrior monk his iconic naginata becouse there's already a hero that wields one. But a yari? Missed opportunity to give him a nagamaki which was also mainly used by monks."


But then i saw the other 6 weapons.

For those who don’t know sohei was a type of Buddhist warrior monk in medieval Japan

For those who may not know(probably someone else brought it up too) but this new hero is based off the warrior monk benkei, known for carrying 7 weapons. He also is often known with a unique scarf and hood. He is known as the warrior who died standing up. Can’t wait to play this guy gonna be so cool
