CORRECTION! Rococo, not Victorian! Was in such a rush to get this out I didn’t fact check 🫣What a stunning time on this city full of Spirit! Our small group was just wonderful! Like I said, we ere not going for historical accuracy, and definitely chose comfort over anything else. We walked almost 8 miles hah!

Update on the historical accuracy bit! I mixed up eras when I said Victorian. Brain wasn’t working post Mardi Gras 😂😅

Thank you for being fierce about matching patterns within a fabric. It is the only way to create an item that looks very upscale and totally professional.

"match up the pattern" Floors me everytime I see this on clothing, especially something so intricate. Just amazing!

You have no idea how much the pattern line up has made my day. So many people just sew together the fabric and don’t care but I really loved that😭

As a historical costumer, I winced at calling the wigs “victorian (1838-1901) ” cause they should be called “Georgian (1720s to 18teens) BUT!!! Its all glorious!! So beautiful and creative and you are amazing!! Love it!!

That's historical in itself! Absolutely fantastic work Gunnar, and I get the lining up the pattern thing.

"Were not going for historical accuracy" was the disclaimer I needed before you threw "victorian wigs" just out there

Omg it must have been hotter then Hades, in those costumes and wigs. Even in February it's usually pretty warm here in the south. You all look beautiful and fabulous. Hopefully next year you can find ways to make the clothes and wigs breathable so you can have even MORE fun. I hope this becomes a tradition for you. You deserve all the good times in life.
