Built Mitsubishi Evolution 9 takes on Ford GT500 shelby Cobra mustang drag race quarter mile.

This was filmed at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison Colorado.
Elevation is just under 6000 feet above sea level.

That's not a built evo. Full bolt ons and e-85 stock turbo evo should be the title. Very misleading.

That was not a very strong run for a GT500, even at high elevation. Didn't even hear no RPMs.. I've seen them pull low 12, s bone stock down here closer to sea level. and I'm not even a much of a Ford guy. Pretty quick lil Evo no doubt there.

Terrible mustang driver, terrible launch....nice evo, hard to beat AWD on a launch specially the mustang had the piece of shit tires that come stock with it.

just typical american muscle car
- big block/cu (with low/average hp on that class of Cu/cc)
- bad traction
- cant took turn properly
why everybody said muscle car was fast? i dont get it
