Pull out the power supply to the box for 5 minutes.
It worked for me first time.

Since updating firmware I've had no problems since. I'm on version 05.30.10

Hi had same problem with blue screen fixed by buying a Amazon usb cable (the red ones) search for HDCP 2.2 cable

You are probably using HDMI v1.4 cables on kit that need hdmi v2.0+ compatible cables.

Hey man my E6 does the same thing when trying to hook up LG 4K blu ray player, not sure what it is?? Could be the monster cables that I'm using?? Faulty hdmi port?? All hdmi ports being used at same time and it not handling it??

Hi I have the LG 55"OLEDC6 and have the same problem blue screen with message this screen does not support HDCP try another screen. I was told by LG to only have 1 HDMI slot on for 4K content and to turn off the other 2 worked for 10 mins back to square one.Can anyone help
