You know, like getting prepped with debate questions by the host network, or having the backing of the DNC while they close polling places and purge voter rolls in Sanders-heavy areas, or scheduling few debates and off-hours times, or collecting donations for down ballot races and funneling it into your own campaign instead... those kinds of rules.
