In Open Loop Micro stepping mode, I was able to obtain the suggested 50rps or 3krpm by increasing the current loop bandwidth, selecting max-speed option, using parallel winding, and increasing the DC bus greater than 24V dc.

thanks for your explanation I need to ask you and I really hope to answer me very soon I have a PVT system in my lab and an error happened that I couldn't control the motor inside the system when I returned to the cme2 software I found the error log telling me that there is a latched fault the discrbtion of the fault is offset fatal fault I really don't know what is this mean and I couldn't find the problem also so could you help me with that the Copley control is xenus plus and a Parker motor inside
