Great panel lightweight for 1gb vps or 512mb ram

I have a problem with this panel. I need to run a php script, execution time him are quite large.
In browser sho error(500):
Internal Server Error
In apache
Script timed out before returning headers: index.php

The values for:
max_input_time, max_execution_time
set great value - 999

I tried to correct the error, the value(Timeout) of the rules:
in file

But it did not help.
Some time later, still an error: 500
How to increase the timeout.
Help me please.

The panel looks really nice but yet, the video must be the lamest thing I have seen to date. For a second or two I thought the girls were cgi/3d graphics.

They seem so far off the planet they can barely open their eyes. Definitely not a good recommendation for the Centos Web Panel. Wouldn't touch it if this is the best review you can find.
