For those wondering, the speaker is actually not doing this. Is a camera illusion with low ISO.
When you record with low ISO, the camera creates a vertical barrier that goes from one side of the screen to the other one. So, first, the barrier captures the radiator going up, then when the barrier continues, captures the radiator going down, making the illusion that radiator of the speaker is doing waves
