I feel you brother when you talk about that obsession thing. When you are obsessed about a subject you become an expert without even feeling that the journey was hard work, it's just was kind of a passion that you "feed" in a good way. It could be about anything, computer science, developping a new skill, wanting to learn about which best product to choose..

Hi Alex, a few weeks ago I started adding weight to the regular dip, I felt some pain in the left elbow thinking it was caused by the wider (than normal) setup. Before that I was training ring dips only with light weights and had no issues. The pain now occurs when I lockout on dips and push ups only. I never skip a warm up but that didn't help with my issue. Another thing I need to mention is that I have hypermobile elbows. I will greatly appreciate if you can give me some feedback on this. Thank you in advance and have a nice day!

What are you're thoughts on spreading a workout throughout the day? But because of the increased rest you may be able to increase frequency? (In a Calisthenics setting as it's more applicable I feel to most people)

225 bench I've heard from multiple people (including yourself) that it's a good standard for transitioning from novice to intermediate. Since genetics are a factor, what's instead a good RANGE. I know that once you stop making linear gains that's a sign, but sometimes there are a lot of other factors that can affect that right? Sleep nutrition etc, hard to know when increasing calories isn't the answer anymore.

Are sudo planche push ups a better exercise for the front delts than handstand work? I have enough dumbbells to do lateral raises so I can train the lateral head no problem.

Hey Alex, could you talk about the importance of stretching?...or lack there of? Currently running your novice program and wondering if I should be stretching after every single workout. Also what does optimal stretching look like? I don’t think stretching is really talked about all that much in the fitness community and was just wondering how important it is.

To add the first question that's what happens when you find your purpose/true passion, you dedicate yourself fully and time flies, as opposed to doing something you hate and stopping because you went in there for the wrong reasons.
