I became a real estate agent at 18 years old - this is how I did it! There were challenges in the beginning, but the promise of a great career in real estate pushed me to work hard to create business and get to where I am today. So awesome! I found you on Tiktok and am inspired by you. It's awesome you had the courage to go against the grain and pursue something like this so young. I started real estate investing at 23 after being a nurse for a bit, and am now making the jump to become a realtor at 25! I had the same concerns as you not being taken seriously so young, but there's many people decades older than us with less experience in this field. It's all about what you know, not how old you are. Keep going, girl!

It totally makes sense. That way of thinking. I laugh at the people I went to high school with who are in so much debt because they thought they had to go to college. There’s other options people.

I relate to your story so much. I was finishing highschool and seeing everyone going crazy about college and SATs etc etc and i was so not into it, i was a straight A student so GPA isnt an issue for college but i just know its not my thing, my parents are pressuring me to go to college and ive been saying that I'll major in business administration but as you also said it's like 40k that i do not have and student crippling debt is a nightmare, im still figuring it out.

I'm looking to get my license this summer and I'm only 20. Super nervous because I am an introvert and I prefer to work independently and for myself. I would love to show homes. I think the basics of that would be good for me. Is there different fields in real estate?

So glad I found your channel. Girl I want to be a millionaire as well. Iv been thinking about getting my real estate license. I went to school for nursing I have an associate degree in nursing but I have come to realize I don’t like the cap income and I don’t like being stuck in one place all day long and I don’t like not having a flexible schedule but realest also scares me because of the uncertainty of income and I am also an introvert so this video is really helping me to make the decision 😃

hmm im so tempted just today, while i was waiting since i literally live in a small town that has crap employment and i literally cant get a job and with my dad down my spine im so tempted just to get it and look for a job with the licence requirement and make money that way.
