Thanks kuya Jon ganda nito ganda ng comparison. Sa mga taong kayang pag sabayun ang dalawa mas maganda. Sa mga tao naman na limited ang funds at oras pili na lang kayo kung saan kayo nadadalian. Medyo bias na po kasi ako kasi Invested na ako sa mga REIT. Thank you and God bless po.

I think sir the broker's fee (using COL) for buying is P20 or 0.25% (whichever is higher) + 12% VAT + 0.005 PSE transaction fee -

So if 1K po ang ihulog nio additional P22.49 per transaction po iyan for buying. (That is around 2% po of 1K compared if you use 8k rule para mamaximize po yung broker's fee @ around 0.25% lang po)

Yung 89 basis points po yan po ata yung if mag sell ka na po ng stocks. 😊
