can i get an explanation why you went with an integrated battery? I have been a customer of yours for many years, but this move makes these products unusable for me. How do I charge the gimbal in the middle of the wedding day if I don't have the option to change the battery? Unnecessary steps back

This set up is well below the payload capacity, would it still work?
This set up totals 4.395lbs, the scorp 2 has a payload capacity of 5.51lbs.

We have the original Scorp Mini and love it. We were thinking of getting the new Insta360 Ace Pro to replace our old GoPro. Do you know if it would be compatible with the new Scorp
Mini 2/Scorp 2 ? Would be very tempted to upgrade to the Scorp 2 if I can use my Pentax K1 w/ 15-30 f2.8 lens on it. Weight wise it fits but not sure the Scorp would link with it.

I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with my Scorp-C gimbal. Despite being fully charged, the gimbal does not power on. I have tried pressing and holding the power button multiple times, but it remains unresponsive.

I suspect that there may be a bug or an issue with the battery. Could you please advise on how I can resolve this problem?
