PSA: This is illegal. A normal citizen is not allowed to charge interest on a loan. Only banks are allowed to do this. (It's called loan sharking if you want to look it up) There isn't much online about this but from what I can see, only a bank can charge interest on a loan and only up to 10% (I might be wrong on that percentage). This guy isn't a bank and is charging 25%?!
