Here is HX link people have been asking what one, I wanted to make sure it worked ok before linking it

It’s all coming together! really happy with how much tidy'er the HX system is and less water and hose in and out of the car.
now more room in the trunk for nitrous!

These blower coolers suffer mainly from size limitations. The core in the blower housing just isnt big enough to make use of a big flowing setup like the big ass cabin mounted W2A on turbo cars. I remember playing with this style blower cooler a lot and was always limited by the core size attached to the blower. But they still do the job well enough to a point.

The sensor with yellow connector is for SRS it’s a crash sensor, not ABS. It’s easy to Identify SRS in USA cars because it’s a standard across all manufactures to use Yellow on SRS. Same as the high vis orange on high voltage hybrid leads all have to be orange.

Curious to see the temps during the pulls and recovery of this new setup compared to the old!

Having 10 gallons of water instead of less doesn't make it stays hot, it's having insufficient radiator heat exchange capacity with ambiant air that cause that.
Less water will maybe reduce inertia because the tank is no more there, but will not reduce temperatures : you will just see the system's limits quicker.
You can use a copper/brass radiator, it would allow you to dissipate heat way more.
Having the radiators very close from each others works better, you don't loose air pressure in the gaps between them.
A push fan with switched on by air temps will do wonder : volvo 850 or v40 or ford taurus move a lot of air.

Awesome work sir 😎 can’t wait for dyno numbers. Btw if you contact ZPE grip tech in California they will make you a grip tech so you really won’t have belt slip and they will make you a smaller 2.35 or so

Matt always had a way of explaining things so I can understand them

When exchanging heat from anything it's always better to have more surface area. More surface area more area for heat to radiate from. Even if your radiator is thinner if its wider it will generally cool better.

The blower holds like 200 hp u gone trust that to 2$ belts? Get gates fleetrunner or RPM series

you could put a filler neck into one of the heat exchanger hoses... my supercharger has a similar setup as that and that's how it works.

Just about ready to rock and roll! Looking good 👍

Who makes the heat exchanger? Or what's the part number? Curious on the size

Time for a A/C Freon powered inter-chiller setup?!

Theres a company that cools the HE with some sort of freon system. I have no idea how it works, but I saw them at sema about 5 yrs ago. They claimed to have iat around 100 degrees

So how does something like water wetter or an additive that breaks surface tension and allows better cooling work on a supercharged setup for the intercooler?Maybe 2 gallons wouldn't break the bank and worth giving a shot to test it out and see if there's a difference between just water and an additive

I might have missed it but what water pump are you using for you heat exchanger?

No expansion tank at all for the HE? Interesting.

which electric water pump did you go with for the intercooler?

I used Dorman nylon repair lines with push lock ends and a little Earl’s adaptor an to push lock

That heat exchanger is just to cool the superchager guts?

Looks good 👍! Hey brother I was wondering if you would want to try and tune a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with the L83 engine I just did a custom s475 turbo build on it and I can't seem to get the tuning dialed in? I have HP tuners pro and SCT derive advantage 3 dealership level let me know if you can help?
