I am just madly in love with this match. I love how the ball goes “BOOM”. Both are my fav teams. Onodera’s spike indeed beautifully executed. Each and every time. Lucas’s spike could hurt my hands if I were the one receiving the ball.

Nishida's jump at 54:31 is super impressive, Ishikawa's set is too far off the net but Nishida adjusts and jumps vertically whilst rotating his body to reach it for a crazy swing! He's come so far nowadays, but 2019 Nishida still didn't mess around!

Japan is good, but people gotta understand that Brazil has 20 years of dominance on this sport, winning everything, having the best players, having THE BEST PLAYER and etc. We're more dominant in volley than we are in Soccer.

I just started watching volley-ball pro matches and i am completly stunned by the fighting spirit of the Japanese team even tho they were facing very tall and powerfull opponents. They fought until the end and refused to go quietly. What a match.
Also Brazil surprised me, their players were playing so great but it seems like they were not pushed to their limits unlike the japanese, well played to both teams !! 👏
