Hi rick, may I add this has another positive benifit👍
As I have a cognative dementia, I cannot do the basic things we all take for granted without the help of a dedicated care team💗
This video has taken me out into the country side of which I am now unable, and I could have been on my bike of old, driving my car, or just walking alone !
The day center I use now uses virtual reality head masks via a smart phone, I even scuba dived last week, without getting wet😂.
The friends I have made through your channel, Austin, x Damon, bry.... the wonderful ishi art chap,
through a connection with motor homes, of which my late husband x I camped regularly in our tag axle, mostly in the ex moor areas, many a good stelth to be
had.

Great any exercise video. Just love the English countryside with sheep-manicured fields, dry stone walls, stone barns and houses, and the long tree lined single-track country roads. Theres one place in the video, maybe around 15:30 or so, where I count the wonderful trees that grace both sides of the track - like an army of shepherds watching over their flocks. There are a few Cotswold videos that I exercise every morning to, thanks for making them for YT.

Thanks Rick. Been using this for a couple of years. Its a great route and the sunny weather helps! I use it on my static bike when the weather is just to horrible to go out on my real bike!
