I just get the chills with how the lyrics sync up with the visuals.

Pairing with the new footage from the seasons released after the original mix of the song really shows how well you nailed the themes and motifs of the series. The "It's in your sight when you're blind" over footage of Max was just dirty though.

I loved this song when you first released it, and you've done it so much justice with the remaster. I love the way the synth gets slightly harsher for the sting just before 'It's in the spaces behind', at about 2:40; it gives that whole part of the song a little shot of urgency and panic just before the whispering sets in. For some reason, that moment reminds me really strongly of DNA, your Prometheus song from way back when, so that and this are definitely in my rotation for a while.

Upside down is one of your best songs In my opinion. When i showed my sister this song she flipped out since shes a huge fan of stranger things.

I am in serious awe that somehow the lyrics written about Season 1 describe Season 4 so perfectly! In fact, some elements in the verses are applicable to both El's and Vecna's stories - not to mention the pre-chorus and chorus, which at least to me are even better as references to Vecna that Demogorgon/Mind Flayer.
If I didn't know better, I'd say that you and Duffer brothers shared notes at some point between the premiere of old song and the beginning of S4 production!

Years ago, when this song first released, I commented that I haven't seen the show yet and this song provided sufficient reason to do so. Was one of the top comments at the time.

I uh... I never followed through on that statement. Okay, so THIS time the song has pushed me to watch the show for sure!
