The fries at In N Out start as potatoes in the morning. Nothing is prepped to sit overnight. Try getting the fries a different cook level. They're legit.

As a Chick-fil-A employee, we just changed our fry recipe and they are a lot more crispy. Not sure if it’s nation wide or not but go try them they hit different now.

In n out has grown on me so much. Their fries with the spread are legit just take some getting use to but I crave them now

I didn’t really like In’n out until I discovered their animal fries. Now I love it.

The trick for fries to stay crispy until u get home is to not close the bag and dont put anything on top the fries keep the bag open and dont let them steam in a closed bag steam adds moisture therefore reducing the crispiness.
