I've actually met some chihuahuas that AREN'T total gremlins and just want to cuddle. One of my coworkers has one that is very friendly with people, especially children. When she came home from the hospital with her newborn baby, her dog fell in love with his new human sister immediately and became her little protector.

1. People don’t put in the effort to train them because their bites are inherently less dangerous
2. People don’t respect their boundaries because they are small and toy-like.
