Omg. The Unni looks so good. I have not tasted a good Unni in SG. Really missed Hokkaido. Their Unni so so affordable and so creamy and good. But the hotpot soup. Plain water and a piece of Kombu, the taste sure very light. I like my hotpot soup thick and flavourful like Tsukada Nojo.
