In this video essay, we venture into these questions, trying to decipher the complex layers of culture, psychology, and history that shape our reactions.

We dive into topics from our religious texts to the biological basis of our emotions, explore the societal norms around gender roles, and even look into the fascinating connection between creativity and queer identities. This exploration is not just informative but deeply personal. Please note, the video discusses some sensitive topics, and hence, viewer discretion is advised. What a beautiful video! The music, the AI images, the research - very much on point. It is not easy to deal with such complex topics that are going to offend someone or the other. I hope you continue making more of such videos in the future. Kudos to you!

This video should be played in the supreme court so that they understand the actual reality and broad meaning of it rather than discussing the same thing and argument for thousand time..this is gold....

I am a queer woman from Faridabad. I never knew this. I wish I knew him and could have provided support. Let him know he wasn't alone. Arvi, I hope I'll be your elder sister in next life

Only problem: couldn't show such a beautifully created video to my elders, they can't understand English just by listening....

One of the best independent research paper ever I seen. And your calm soothing voice feels me relax.😌
And the last story makes me cry. I aslo bullied in school so I can relate.
And the integration of Rabindranath's stroy and his thought process makes the video more bengali touch.
You are a great research artist.❤️

Wow what an interesting and informative video, a total eye openar for many. Though I spent upto my teen years in India but I guess I was lucky to have born & brought up in a part of India which never had any problem with me being a gay kid be it at home or school or amongst my friends who were mostly straight but I guess there are places like Faridabad in India too and that makes me extremely sad. Please dub this someone in hindi and all other regional languages so that this can reach the people who need the most. Thanks for helping so many Indians feel okay with themselves. Someday I want to help my people too in India. Thanks once again. 🙏

Saddest thing is, the people who need to watch this video, they won't watch it. They will skip. But they won't know how this video is not just about queerness, or psychology but so so much more. India in pixels by Ashis is one of my most favourite yt channel. I hope you grow more.

The drastic difference between the comments on Yt and insta is vivid. I found many negative comments on the insta video, but the YT audience is matured enough. Kudos to you ❤❤

Never have I ever imagined that such a comprehensive, thought-provoking, and understandable video could exist on this topic. This channel alone has the potential to educate Indians in the best way possible.

Crying my eyes out right now. I am pansexual and when I came out to my mother two years ago, we had a massive argument and since then we both pretend that the conversation never happened. I try so hard to educate people about queerness but some people just.. do not want to listen to anything they don't already agree with. I am so glad you made this video. This is so well researched. It's sad that the people who actually need to watch this video will probably never watch it. They will scroll past it. But I hope and pray that someday that changes and people can live in more harmony and acknowledge and accept their differences.

It's incredible to see how ancient wisdom and philosophy can still resonate with modern understanding. This revelation challenges common misconceptions and helps break down barriers and stereotypes surrounding gender and identity. It's empowering to know that such ideas have roots in Indian culture and that they continue to evolve over time.

Thank you for sharing this thought-provoking and informative video. It's an important reminder that acceptance and respect for the diverse expressions of gender and sexuality are not only modern concepts but have been contemplated and appreciated throughout history. Let's continue to celebrate and embrace the beautiful spectrum of human identity ❤️✨
