Interestingly in game the Cyberdemon is immune to blast damage, so he'll only take impact damage from rocket, making rocker less efficient against him.

You've done a really nice job of emulating the Doom explosion sprites and the muzzle flash from the Cyberdemon's rocket launcher. It's nice little touches like those that make it that much better.

Also, honestly, why DID the Cyberdemon have such a nicely modeled butt?

I love how all doomguy movement sounds are crisp and clear and then you got Cyberdemon rockets sounding like a 2001 desktop mic recording some 90s Altec Lansing speakers of the sound clip.
