We have an amazing one in south Cocoa Beach Florida on the river. Harvested about 30 yesterday we all enjoyed at a family party.

Great video!

So jelly...Jax is way too far north...I started two in Lake Placid, but they got the frost bite 2 years ago, very slow to recover...I do miss the warmer climate of central Fl...I'm ready for some heat, other then my furnace that kicked on earlier...geez...CHEERS...!

Do you sell dwarf coconut plant by mail? I think you can make coconut soap and shampoo too.

I would feel like a kid in a candy house if I were there. What varieties are they?

The thing about coconuts I that in areas north of your area they can grow successfully, but every 10 Years or so there's a cold snap that kills alot of coconut palms back.

Would like to see how you open the ones that are ripe and give you the meat. Thanks!

So, I just saw a sweet deal on ebay for some 1.5 ft tall Dwarf Coconut trees for $20 each so I ordered a couple. I prefer the look of the separated leaves, rather than one big leaf on juvenile plants, and I've been searching the internet to find out it it's ok to split and separate the leafs into lots of separate ones on a young plant, but can't find and answer. What do you guys think, would this hurt the plant? I imagine that being out in the wind would do this naturally, but not sure if I need to wait until the tree os a little bigger. Thanks! Excited to have a go a growing Sone Dwarf Coconuts!
