Lemme being honest, I was even surprised by Nayeon's attitude at sixteen era( Don't attack me, I have seen all episodes of sixteen and I'm a once too), She was very confident everytime even others are shaking in fear . Like she already knew what's going to happen. But let's leave it , it is a past.

As a MY who is following aespa for a while now, I can say that Winter doesn't seem rude to me. Her interactions with the other members and with fans during fan meetings are either her joking around or being very nice and respectful. Saying she's rude because she gave Ning an ugly sweater is like saying your grandma is rude for giving you a piece of clothing that you don't like. Also, they were just having fun. And about the eye roll thing... Is she not allowed to be slightly annoyed at times? If I was forced to always look like my life is all sunshine and rainbows, I wouldn't enjoy that. Her life (an idol's life in general) is so much different from our lives and we don't know what goes on behind the scenes 24/7. But that's just my biased point of view. I don't think she's rude or an attention seeker. Just a little goofball here and there. And that's why I like her a lot!

Nayeon and TWICE members constantly joke with each other and often times use rank as part of the joke. It’s harmless and they all laugh at it. If she was what they accuse her of being then they would not have lasted and thrived for the past 7 years. Naeyon indeed had some superiority complex during early days of her career .. I remember during some kind of event they teamed her up with sungjin and some one else (i forgot who it was .. long time ago ) they made sungjin talk more but Nae 's responses where cold to his jokes and seem like Sungjin was also felt uncomfortable with that .. and it maybe because Day6 considered inferior to other groups in the company during those days .. but i won't blame her though .. she was too young to understand that ...

During Sixteen, there was a lot of evil editing on Mnet’s part (shocker) to make Nayeon the villain. However, during the show, you could see that the other trainees respected her and looked up to her. Nayeon was also the oldest trainee in the competition, had a failed debut, and has a driven and competitive personality. She takes her role as the oldest seriously and looks after the younger members.
