I watched Smoke and Hamilton trade cars on a damp road race course. Hamilton drove Smoke’s NASCAR slightly better than smoke ran it on the road course. Meantime, Smoke had a greater lap time than Hamilton. But, remember the road conditions were changing all the time. The only other example is Juan Pablo Montoya who raced Formula 1, NASCAR, and LeMans and had a great showing in all of them. So, it would be interesting to see - I’d buy tickets for COTA and Bristol to Daytona 500! What fun!
