Do you pronounce TH like this?

This is something that I’ve seen with many of my students when they first start learning pronunciation, they tend to invest ALL the energy into a sound. When you do this, your mouth will hurt - a LOT! 😫

When pronouncing sounds, for example, TH, you don’t need to put all your energy into the sound, like I did here - looks painful, right? 😆Just relax and let the tongue rest between the teeth.

I guess I manage all right as long as the "th" is in the middle of a word...but when it's at the beginning, i get it all wrong... I say "think" like "sink" and "this and that" like "dis and dat" ... I don't know how to overcome this, kinda feels like i've reached a stalemate with this
