I think, there seem to be a typo on the measurements..
The measurement in dividing into 4 equal parts @1:57 should be 6cm, not 4cm.
Because @1:26 you mentioned, "make a 26x9cm paper, & divide it into 4 equal parts of 6.5cm"
So, it makes sense that the 2nd one(white paper) is 0.5cm smaller than the 1st one(black paper)..

PS. Everything works perfectly to me. Idk why the other said it was not working tho😅
