I’m more of a fan of permanent stairs but as a retro fit option it’s cool.

That Lift though…I like it. Need one that’s rated for 1200 LB and use it as a basement lift.

I did residential hvac ten years ago.. my last day before moving up to big commercial/industrial I was coming down a pull down and the tread snapped… fell 5’ onto hardwood floor. Stairs like that would have paid for itself
