this happen Because the spread. what that you see on the chart is the average price, not the actual market prices when you buy, you buy only in the ask price and when you sell you sell on the bid price. you can treat that like a form of fee.

This week, I opened a Call position (‘Buy’) at 1.71, while the price on the chart rose to 2.25. Still, Plus500 closed my position, claiming insufficient funds, even though I was in profit.

My ‘Sell’ position was rightfully closed, but why was my ‘Buy’ position closed while it was in profit?

The same thing happened today: just before the market closed, my positions suddenly dropped to an incorrect value, even though the chart showed a high price.
