I like RWBY but the games have been lackluster. However, I have much respect for WayForward, so I'm expecting this game to be pretty good! Definitely going to give it a try at release!

This is looking a lot more polished from the last time this was shared, im starting to look forward to this game :D though I really wish Wayforwards game didn't so often use very flat 3D asset play areas since they always feel contrastively low quality compared to the far greater quality character models (other examples include several Mighty Switch Force games, Ducktales Remastered, and two Shantae games)

It doesn't look bad actually, but I think WayForward doesn't has enough experience in 3D, it would be better if they tried to use the Shantae/Switch Force style or even the very cool sprites of River City Girls.

Excited for this game, just a couple design critiques:

1. Blake should have the Naruto run, not Ruby.
2. When Weiss is moving left on the screen she switches to using her right hand with Myrtenaster even though she’s left handed. When Yang is moving left her prosthetic switches from her right arm to her left arm. I know this is simply a mirroring effect from the sprites themselves, but is there any way to actually correct that so the characters stay accurate?

As a huge Shantae fan, a RWBY metroidvania is pretty much a dream come true, keep up the great work!

Fall is here, yet we don't have launch date, RT doesn't even bothers talking about the game, no wonder the hype is so low.
RWBY had so much potential, the anime just ended and yet, seems it couldn't be less relevant.

I don’t watch RWBY but I think I will try this game because the character art looks outstanding and I love Shantae and River City Girls!! I can’t wait for another amazing Wayforward game!
