Hah. So, I'm working on a course for understanding biblical prophecy and had decided to make the 12th and final lesson called "How It All Ends". Of course, I had the LEAST amount of idea about how I would wrap the whole thing up, but I figured I have the first 11 lessons to help guide that. Well, your Sunday drive home just helped bring a little more color, I think! I totally agree with the idea that we're being returned to the Garden but I have NEVER heard the idea we were being protected from having our sin natures immortalized. Wow. So obvious, yet, never seen. Great insight, pastor. Thank you!

Dr Schultz popped into my thoughts reading Revelation 22. The contrast of the church unwilling to teach proper lament and this text is stark. Proper lament only lifts this text up to its rightful place. Our grief, loss and pain is foundational in truly understanding the day we see the eyes of Jesus. Thanks again, pastor.😁

Thank you Pastor. I’ve been thinking about the woman in John 4 whose life had been a load of crap, crap after crap day after day. Here’s the thing though, she hadn’t figured on, at her worst moment, when she was rejected by everyone God Almighty was like yah, we gotta meet because I have to tell you how important you are to Me. Graveyard to Garden. Like that. So glad I’m a LCMS. Preach it !
