Just auto. The thing that makes vayne complex is your movement.

Extremely hard to itemize against isn't near the truth. You can't itemize vs Vayne because there's a number of shots she kills you in regardless of any stat you have. It's a terrible fucking character design. I guess health regen counters max hp % true damage. Just stack rejuv beads.

Step 1. Completely lose lane and be 0/5 with your enemy laner having 3lvls above u and item more
Step 2. Buy kraken slayer
Step 3. Activate ult
