For those that are asking what the author is doing and complaining that the video is too fast, I´ll explain:

1 - Author uses pen tool to separate jewelry from background and the gold part.
2 - Author creates a backup copy of the original
3 - Author uses 99% of the video time using mixer brush tool to "smudge" colors and blend them, getting rid of the texture and reflections of the gold part. Think it as if you smudge a pencil painting with your finger.
