Airbus H130 - tourist exemplar

Показать описание
Airbus H130 (previously: Eurocopter EC130) is a light single-engine helicopter created by Eurocopter in the 1990s.
The EC130 was based on the light helicopter AS350 Écureuil (current Airbus H125) and, having many common elements with it, is distinguished by a significantly increased size of the passenger cabin. Coupled with the ability to be controlled by one pilot, this solution allows the H130 to carry up to 7 passengers. This made the H130 the most optimal helicopter in its class for passenger transportation, in particular for tourist flights.
The concept turned out to be successful: the H130 complements the multi-purpose H125 and is being delivered in large numbers to dozens of operators around the world. The total number of helicopters of this model exceeds 700.

Awesome! I love this helicopter, flew on it over the great barrier Reef, got the prime front right seat, was the best chopper I've flown on, the visibility and comfort are amazing plus it's like a plane with little air conditioning vents above each passenger. Felt like the BMW of helicopters. Fast, comfortable, stylish, well built and sporty with cutting edge technology. I would highly recommend taking a ride in this helicopter if you have the opportunity.

I flew on one of these during a vacation in Hawaii. Yes, it was a Blue Hawaiian tour. :)

Awesome video of an old DNA helicopter that modernized very well. I used to see the Ecureuil helicopters in the south of France rescue mountain climbers, as well as the bigger Alouette, hovering 3 meters next to mountains rescuing climbers. Amazing helicopters. It's a wonder they never called a series mountain goat!

Somehow you always choose planes that have some personal interest to me.

I work on a pair of these for one of my customers. Pain in the arse!

Sky, your polished presentation could be easily adapted or adopted as is by Airbus/Eurocopter as a promotional video. Your narration style is calm and confident with just the right amount of emphasise where needed. Very well done!

Dealt with this helicopter. Great machine, its only drawback is the higher windage compared to the AS350. The view from the cockpit is great

They don't come standard with autopilot. even though the dual channel fadec looks after all the fuel scheduling on start this is still a ”stick and rudder” helicopter to fly, no scas or afcs on most of the ones you will see. It will start it's own engine but it won't fly itself.

Also all the ones I've flown and worked with were a lot heavier than that empty, usually around 1600kg with floats/high density seating

Makes me breath heavy just looking at it. Am trying to get over my very great fear of helicopters. Want to have a flight in one before I am to old but they scare me far too much and yes, I am a big hairy man but not too big to have this life long fear. Thanks for the video.

Nice that they could hire Tonto to do the voiceover...

It’s not a sky ship video unless it has that genuine Russian accent 😌
