Corn tempura

Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting Ellie in the Kitchen.
Today, I am going to cook “corn tempura”.
If you have just canned corn at home, you can add yummy finger food to your table!
They match with beer very much :)

■ Ingredients (2-3 serves)
Sweet corn (Canned)
3 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of potato starch
1/2 - 1 tbsp of water

If you do not have potato starch, go ahead with 4 tbsp of flour!
Potato starch makes tempura crispy.
