As you can see Red Force has a very smooth acceleration due to the linear induction motor it uses, which definitely feels better than Kingda Ka. However the acceleration is greater in Kingda Ka.

Red Force. Smoother launch & better drop, and you probably get a bit of airtime on that little hump up to the brakes.

Kinda hard to believe that Kingda Ka is almost 100 feet taller.

Kingda Ka is supposed to be the more exciting one, with the drop being the best part of it. Though, what I've read about it is that the initial acceleration is what you really feel, while the drop isn't that intense. In this comparison the reason for it is exposed I think. If you check closely at 0:15, you'll notice that Kingda Ka features a proper slowing-down twist at the beginning of its drop which causes the coaster to lose energy, while Red Force has a subtle curve, which allows for a greater perceived fall acceleration. I wish Kingda Ka used the same track design as Red Force in that portion, to take full advantage of its record height of 139m. Though maybe it would've been too intense to handle :P

Ive actually went to red force, 1st time ive ridden it with my friend, we both screamed at the top of our lungs when we got launched, we even look panicked at the picture while our dads were just chilling

although i haven’t gone on either of them, i say red force, and here’s why-
1. red force has more of a theme than kingda ka. it fits with the whole park rather than a section of a park.
2. it has the t-bar lap-bar rather than the hard over shoulder restraints on kingda ka.
3. the launch is much smoother (probably because it has a launch like a blitz coaster instead of the standard lsm launch).
i am going on kingda ka this summer, so i will see if my mind changes!

I would probably enjoy Red Force a little more. But Kinda Ka would still be thrilling.

4. Drop doesn’t spiral on the way down.

Meh, I genuinely don't care about airtime that much. I'm into the acceleration of Kingda Ka and TTD. Red Force, smoother, possibly better, but I prefer the hydraulic launches over the LSM.

Kingda Ka is slightly better not just because it’s the tallest and faster than Red Force, but it has that huge airtime hill after that loopy drop.

Looking at this it seems Kingda Ka is better and ever so slightly longer
