Par mcc ka result to 13 ko ayega yo resign krna h ya nahi ye hum 12 ko kese decide kr skte hai???

First round mein jo college allot hua usmein admission le liya. But second round mein upgradation karne pr koi bhi college allot nhi hua.Toh kya third round mein upgradation kar sakte hai or jis college mein admission le liya hai uska kya hoga or security amount ka bhi kya hoga

1st round mei registration nahi kia tha and 2nd round mei fresh registration kia hai aur college allot ho gya h but I don't want that college and I don't want to participate in councelling any more ... Soo kya iss case mei security money vapis ho jayega ?
