Washington police agencies resort to bonuses, social media to find officers amid staffing shortages

No such a thing as a good cop... That would
take a smart and good person. That being
said... any smart and good person wouldn't
choose to work for corruption. The system,
society is folding in on itself at an alarming
rate. We have past the point of no return.

Train and hire low level non violent inmates for these positions. Will aid in prison reform and low poverty communities help themselves.
