You guys are top notch. The other benefit of changing pace is it gives your leg muscles a break from a repetitive pace whether you speed up or slow down. Peace

I’m training for a mountain 100 miler. I suppose that I get my “slower than race pace” training in when I am asleep 😂

I definitely need to try this more. Tried it at the last half km of my last run, what I thought I could handle for "race pace" and found I could sustain a full minute/km faster!
